    The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu presents new investment opportunities in Ras Al Khair Industrial City.


    The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, represented by the Ras Al Khair Industrial City task force, presented several investment opportunities available to the private sector in Ras Al Khair. These opportunities encompass various sectors, including commercial, residential, and services.

    The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, in a presentation by Eng. Mansour bin Dhafar Al-Obeidi, Director of Commercial and Residential Investment Management in Ras Al Khair, and Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Saif, Head of Commercial Investment Department, along with Eng. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Abdali, Head of Business Development Department in Ras Al Khair, highlighted their vision and mission. The Royal Commission's mission focuses on planning, promoting investment, and managing cities in the petrochemical and mining industries. They emphasize cooperation and integration with customers, investors, employees, communities, and other partners.

    Under this approach, the Royal Commission oversees four industrial cities in Jubail, Yanbu, Ras Al Khair, and Jazan, strategically located for easy access to local and international markets. Their role includes comprehensive management of these cities and encouraging residential, commercial, and industrial investment through comprehensive strategic planning and providing all necessary services to investors throughout the project's life cycle.

    It was mentioned that the Royal Commission's investments, both capital and operational, in infrastructure projects in Ras Al Khair amounted to SAR 13.2 billion until 2022. These investments attracted industrial projects totaling approximately SAR 168 billion, involving 25 industrial investors. Additionally, commercial and residential investments reached approximately SAR 1 billion.

    Several private sector investment opportunities were discussed during the presentation, along with their specific locations and areas:

    Establishing and operating worker housing (west of Abu Hadriah Road) on an area of 258,282.6 square meters. This represents the first residential investment opportunity within upcoming packages to meet the increasing demand for housing in the city.

    Investment opportunity to establish and operate a fuel station on the Jubail-Ras Al Khair Expressway, covering an area of 40,000 square meters. This expressway is the main artery connecting Jubail Industrial City and Ras Al Khair for mining industries.

    Investment opportunity to establish and operate a café within the main building of the Royal Commission in Ras Al Khair, covering an area of 12.9 square meters.

    The presentation also outlined the process for applying for these investment opportunities through the Royal Commission's electronic investment platform, which facilitates access to and application for investment opportunities provided by the Royal Commission.
